As a Bike Technician, you will be the cornerstone of our workshop, ensuring our customers’ bikes are safe, reliable, and performing at their best. If you love cycling, have a meticulous approach to repairs, and enjoy interacting with customers, this is the perfect opportunity for you to grow within a leading sports retailer.
Perform maintenance, diagnostics, repairs, and assembly on a wide range of bicycle types (Road, MTB, Hybrid, E-Bikes, etc.).
Manage the bike workshop's daily operations, including ordering parts, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
Provide advice and technical assistance to customers regarding repairs, accessories, and bike maintenance best practices.
Ensure all repairs are completed efficiently, to the highest quality standards, and in compliance with safety regulations.
Contribute to the commercial success of the store by promoting workshop services and Decathlon products.
Maintain accurate records of all services performed.
