Store Department Leader

Your objective:

Develop your local activity on your sports, and your teammates to keep customers satisfied in order to generate  performance.

Your responsibilities :

Build, manage and develop your team:

• Define the human structure of your team and recruit, according to your commercial policy and economic activity
• Develop teammates’ autonomy through a skills integration and development plan.
• Create an environment enabling the well being and development of your team

Grow the local economic performance of your department:

• Ensure good sales and customer relations performance for my department and my store.
• Guarantee the department’s physical layout is performant and consistent with Decathlon’s visual merchandising policy
•  Build and lead my omnichannel commercial policy for my department linked to my area. 

Manage the store’s daily operations:

• Manage store security as well as teammates’ and products’ availability
