 As a Department manager, you'll be growing a dynamic business from day one. Your primary responsibility is to develop your team and organize the department's operations to ensure customer satisfaction and provide an exceptional shopping experience.


You will be responsible for:

  • team recruitment, development, and management (defining human needs and recruiting profiles that will be future leaders);
  • helping your team grow their skills (daily management; monthly meetings; evaluation process);
  • department organization (schedule management, priorities management, tasks coordination);
  • business management (turnover, margin, stock, economic results of department, investments in the right place and the right time).

We are looking for a person who:

  • is passionate about sports and practice sports;
  • has retail/sales/customer service/experience;
  • has a degree in higher education or is at least a final-year student;  
  • preferably, has some people management experience;
  • is proactive: takes initiatives and actions without even being asked;
  • is responsible: "I do what I say, and I say what I do";
  • likes people and can motivate and unite people around a common goal;
  • likes numbers and is good in Excel;
  • Lithuanian and English language;
  • Future mobility is a plus as our team and international presence continue to grow.


We offer:

  • The starting salary for this position is 2100 euros/mon. gross, the final offer will be based on the candidate's experience.
